NUREMBERG/MOSCOW, MAY 8, 2013 – The exhibition TRENDS at Office Next Moscow 2013 counts 62 exhibitors and co-exhibitors. Amongst them are 40 international and 22 Russian companies, with companies such as Steelcase, Herman Miller, Bene, Walter Knoll, Wilkhahn, Dauphin, Delta Light, Philips, Interface. All in all, the exhibiting companies are from 13 different countries. The product range includes office furnishing, flooring, lighting, storage systems, wall coverings, media solutions as well as consultancy services.

For the first time, the German Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology has admitted Office Next Moscow into the official German presentations at major international trade fairs worldwide. 10 brands will be presenting their products under the umbrella brand ‘made in Germany’.

For the second time in a row, the trend zone, a special exhibition area of TRENDS, will be in the gallery at Artplay and is specially designed by the Russian architect Anton Petrov (Labor ODS). In 2013 the trend zone reflects a creative office space concept with the motto: flexibility, health, home.

On all three exhibition days, nearly 70 renowned Russian and international speakers share their experience with the audience in more than 40 panel discussions, presentations and workshops at the conference TALKS. Thematically, the conference focuses on topics such as “Green Solutions for Business Centres and Offices”, “Healthy Offices”, “Tenants vs. Developers – Operating Costs: The main expenditure, hidden costs and fair prices”, “Real Estate: New Requirements of Tenants” and many more.

The last day of Office Next Moscow 2013 will be rounded off by the AWARDS ceremony with numerous representatives from industry and associations and guests from the architectural and design scene. An expert jury evaluates the 93 submitted projects and honors the most outstanding office design projects in 11 different categories. The jury consists of jurors such as Andrey Bokov (President of the Union of Architects of Russia, chairman of the jury for the Awards 2013), Charles Boudet (Managing Director Jones Lang LaSalle Russia and CIS), Sergey Ryabokobylko (Senior Executive Director & Partner at Cushman & Wakefield), Mark Smith (Managing Director Sunbury Heights), Arkady Azarov (Project Director of Mott McDonald Russia).

In 2013 the Premium Sponsors are Herman Miller and RD Construction Management. Among the Awards Sponsors 2013 are Alliance Construction Group, Concept, Kraft, Milliken, Milltex, Solo, Spector Lab, Steelcase, Torgovaya Ploshad and Walter Knoll.
